Another excellent interview. Personally, I thought the advise of using equities as a secondary investment option is an important key point and the timing is perfect. The tail winds (high leveraging induced growth) are being taken out of the sails (wealth building derivatives), it is time to start rowing (actually working for a living). If we are lucky, we might even see some improvements in work ethics and the quality of customer service. My two cents.
