Transforming our health with simple acts

My 52 year old brother told me last night that he had tried Yoga for the first time this week and found himself to be “pretty stiff”. It reminded me of the ability we all have to improve our health no matter what our age or physical condition.  The upside is so exciting.  Yes we can.  See, Two simple ideas that can change everything: yoga and juicing.
