Exercise time needed to burn off popular foods

I like this little video because it quite effectively makes a critical point that is typically lost on most people today: it is the quantity of calories consumed which are literally killing us (and our publicly funded health care systems!) We can’t afford to eat junk health wise, but time wise either.  Our lifestyles are so sedentary that even if we make a point of exercising everyday there simply aren’t enough hours available a day to break even. Each morsel on the lips, 2 hours on the treadmill? Discipline on the intake is job number one for health.
