Worth watching on Canada and America

Caught two worthwhile documentaries on the weekend.  The first one Being Canadian is a feel good romp.

BEING CANADIAN chronicles the real-life quest of Robert Cohen, a proud Canadian, who sets off on a genuine and hilarious cross-Canada journey to prove, once and for all, that his beloved country is more than just lame stereotypes involving maple syrup and Mounties. Imagine “Sherman’s March,” but wearing a toque. Here is a direct video link to the trailer.

The other, Michael Moore’s latest piece: Where to Invade Next, is a very insightful entertaining and fun filled look at healthy social policies in different countries around the world and what America can use to build a brighter future.

To learn what the USA can gain from other nations, Michael Moore playfully “invades” them to see what they have to offer. here is a direct video link to the trailer.
