Agora Financial Conference in Vancouver this week
For the next couple of days I will be attending the 2011 Agora Financial Investment Symposium in Vancouver where I will be hosting a series of video interviews with some of my favourite financial authors.
I have been accused of being pessimistic on the stock market and the economy in the last couple of years–this crowd will make me look like a wide-eyed optimist. The interviews we tape will be available on the net and I will post links on this blog over the next couple of weeks.
Agora Entertainment is the production company behind the critically-acclaimed documentary film I.O.U.S.A. which was concieved of, co-written and executive produced by Agora Financial’s Addison Wiggin. In July 2008, the film was acquired by The Peter G. Peterson Foundation. You can watch it here.
On Tuesday night at the conference we will be seeing a special screening of Agora’s latest documentary “Risk!”.
