Hi Danielle, Do you know what time you'll be presenting? I'd like to attend but I really don't want to have to sit there and listen to Jim Jubak, the same guy who wrote why there was no housing bubble in the US in 2005. In my opinion, he has zero credibility.
In the USofA you can skip your mortgage payments and still go shopping!
