We made it to the office today, but it took some digging to get to the door. City streets were cleaned but are now filing in fast; sidewalks are MIA. It looks like we will have to dig our way back out again at the end of the day. This is the winter weather I remember from my childhood. A charity gala tonight had to be cancelled, but the alternative plan is better: snowshoeing our way to a stormed-in-potluck party with friends. Good Canadian fun. To those of you who have to travel today…take good care. Twin winter storms bring record snowfall.
