Goldman Sachs officially rules the world

Further to my comments about the recent appointment of Bank of Canada head Mark Carney (ex Goldman alumnus) to lead the Bank of England in 2013, Zerohedge offers us this big picture graphic. It is now official that Goldman Sachs, masters of the global credit bubble, are fully manning the world financial system. Carney will also continue as head of the global Financial Stability Board for added prestige and effect. The leverage masters thrive while the global economy continues to suffer from their policies.

    Remember the golden rule:

“He who has the gold makes the rules.”

    They have sacks of gold.

    What’s in your wallet?

Danielle, I liked your assessment of Carney’s maneuvers. Most everyone else seems afraid to be critical or become very obsequious re: the vaunted BoC governor. He played a role in pumping Canada’s mortgage market with low policy rates (coupled with the government’s meddling with mortgage rules) and helped turned an entire generation of naive property virgins into debt slaves with no savings and overvalued homes. Then he complains Canadians have taken on too much debt. Like a over doting mother who stuffs her children with too much food then complains they are fat.
